The various systems which exists in moving a product or service from a supplier to customer is called Supply chain. The various systems are system of organization, people, technology, activities, information and resources. These activities transform natural resources to finished product and deliver to the end customer. It includes the various stages such as manufacturing, packing, storing, delivering and finally end up with the hands of customer through a sale. In supply chain, various activities have to be carefully studied to minimize the cost which helps the organization to achieve better profits. Internal supply chain contains three chain, purchasing, production and distribution.
